Kinetic Friction
Description
Friction is the force resisting the relative motion of solid surfaces, fluid layers, and material elements sliding against each other. Kinetic friction is the force between two objects that are moving relative to each other. The coefficient of kinetic friction is usually less than the coefficient of static friction for the same materials.
